My parents are looking for a new or almost new vehicle. We'd like the car to come with a block heater since we'll be moving to Winnipeg, an alarm, power trunk/lift gate (preferably), and a gas tank door that can lock. And something that's really good on gas! New Military wife. I'm so bored, what to do?

So long story short my boyfriend and I have gone through some hardships in that last year, from getting laid off. We have fallen behind on our truck payments but have gotten caught back up and had a arrangement to pay the last payment to be completely caught up this friday. We have our truck loan with Compass bank and today we called to get the balance of what was due friday, come to find out they have placed our truck in repossession. Apparently the payment we made previously was one day late cuz the bank entered it to late in the night for them to get it same day. Anyways as angry as I am I understand the bank has the right to put our vehicle up for repossession, now my question comes into play. In order for us to take it out of repossession we have to pay a fee to get the notice off plus the balance that was still due, not a big problem except the bank is saying that the balance that is due includes next months payment plus what we were planning on paying friday. How does that work our payment isn't due till the 10th of the month, why do we have to pay next months payment when its not even up to be paid yet? Now Im pretty ticked off cuz how is that at all legal? Can someone please help i have no idea what Ima do since i don't have that kinda cash now!

No and for a few reasons. I know deaf people because of being involved in a volunteer work. Most deaf are very careful when they drive. Think about it...they cannot hear an ambulance or firetruck when it has it's siren is blaring. They are very conscious of what other cars are doing so they know when to pull over. However, the DMV doesn't say, we are not going to give them a driver's license because they sign instead of talk. With that said, there is a difference between texting or talking on the phone because that does not need to be done while driving. And further, the deaf person does need to be careful, he could endanger others, so basically you need both hands on the wheel as much as possible. If they are not being careful, the police do have a right to stop them.

Why did people enjoy Borderlands?

I'm not trying to insult anyone that actually enjoyed this game nor am I trying to insult its producers, it was just hard for me to get into it for more than an hour at a time. For starters, what was up with the graphics? I suppose they tried to make it look like a comic book or something to add to its comedic nature, it just didn't seem like a good idea to me though. Secondly, the plot. Aside from the fact that throughout the game you're playing in a region that you have practically no knowledge of regarding its history (thus making it difficult to embrace) your entire game experience consists of you being manipulated by a satellite and going after a vault that you know nothing about: the fact that there was a monster in it was also a horrible let down. Thirdly, aside from quests, was there really anything to do? I enjoyed Fallout because, while there are plenty of quests, they don't restrict you to doing them constantly nor do they restrict you to confined and segregated areas; it actually allowed you to explore a vast area, not just dinky villages. Fourth, the mixing of genres. To me, this game was an amalgamation of an FPS with a bit of dark comedy with just a tad of RPG mixed in; they would have been better off just keeping it as an RPG in my opinion. Not that this is a major issue, but the fact that everywhere you went there was porn was incredibly distracting to me. Also, why were vehicles even needed? If anything I believe Fallout should have had vehicles to get around in, it's not like there are many open areas in this game that require extensive navigating. The only good thing I found about this game were the character abilities: most of the weapons were certainly nothing special.

Crackling noises in windows media player?

I was having some trouble with windows media player so i moved to itunes. It was working fine until i tried to copy music to my cell phone, i noticed that itunes encodes the music into aac (.m4a), which, isnt supported by my cellphone. I moved back to wmp (that was now working, suprisingly). But it wasnt able to play wma files, i did a sfc /scannow command. It said that it had found some errors and fixed them but upon restarting windows media player opened wma files without an error but only made cracking noises, it does this for every file type. It only makes cracking noises not music with cracking noises just cracking noises. Thanks in advance.

2001 Jeep Cherokee stating issues?

It sounds like they didn't reinstall the neutral safety switch correctly. The switch is wired as an interlock to prevent the vehicle from starting unless it is in Park. A misalignment during installation or dirty contacts will cause that problem. It's silly to buy a new one because they are so expensive and can be repaired easily. Since your car was just in the shop for trans work, you can assume it is simply misaligned. There is an adjustment bolt to correct this. The NSS is located on the right side of the trans. you should be able to crawl under the vehicle and adjust it. The link below gives additional instructions.

1990 Honda Civic DX hatchback back-side window part?

Ok, I've been looking up proper terminology for these parts, and I'm coming up empty after sifting through a ton of parts sites. I have a 1990 Civic HB, and I'm looking for the plastic clip piece that connects to the back-side (elongated) windows. I've always just called them "wing windows" - ya know, with the metal extender arms to prop them open to allow airflow from the front of the vehicle while driving?... What I need is the plastic part/lock that locks the window in opened/closed positions on the arm-hinge. As it stands, I have no tension keeping the window in place while driving, so it can swing fully out indefinitely until it breaks loose from the vehicle - and it doesn't have any tension to keep rain water out, Anyone have any idea what the official name for that part is? I really need to get that fixed before I drive too much. I have a ribbon tying it to the vehicle as a temporary "right now fix" - and I really don't want to resort to duct taping the window shut hah.

Ok so I have a friend who drives a 1999 f-150 and he has had the truck for 2 years now never changed the oil, brakes, never did a tune up and so on. He has never had a problem with any of his trucks he's ever owned. Well I been having a 1998 s-10 blazer for a year now. when I got it, it ran perfect. I change the oil every 3000miles tune ups at 40k and so on. I take realy good care of my vehicle. Well I have so much problems with mine now. And he doesn't have a single problem. Ok so i was suppose to start my period on the 20th of this month but I started on the 24Ith..Well i thought I had started.I had just a few spots that was it.I usually bleed very heavy but I had maybe 3 or 4 small spots that lasted maybe 2 days.Im always late thats normal for me...I can be up to two weeks late..But i dont think this was a period..The spots were redish and brownish.Yesterday I felt dizzy all day but i havent felt that way since.Me and my Fiance have been trying to have a baby and I was wondering if i could be prego?He's out of town with my vehicle and I have no way to get to the store for a test yet..Im new to the area and dont know anyone.I was just trying to get as many opinions as I can.Anybody please..Thanks

WMP11 wont play WMV?!?

I have Windows Media Player 11 for Vista and suddenly out of the blue it no longer plays WMV files anymore. I have a virus or worm in my computer but so far I'm not sure if it's what's affected it, since other files that have all the icons turn green with an upside down "U"......but my windows media player is fine, the icon hasn't changed, but it just stopped playing WMV.....it'll play Mp3, AVI, WMA, and Video Clip formats just not WMV. I don't get any error messages. It's int eh play list to show it's there, but the screen is blank with no sound....it just doesn't play....is there any suggestion on how I can fix it. And yes I have tried codecs.....to no avail =(

Is this new? I just got emails and letters about Sallie Mae being the new contractor for my student loans. Why is my Album Cover Art gone from my MP3's?

I have tons of album folders, and I have an Album Cover Art picture for every single/song in the folder for each containing Album. About a month ago they all went back to saying "MP3" or "WMA" for each song/single, etc. I still have the album cover art, and it shows up in Windows Media Player when I play it or paste it on the singles through WMP (Always shows up in the player), but now all the songs in the Album folders show no Album Cover Art. I tried to redo some and it worked if I changed it from A WMA to an MP3, and now none of it works (Rather it's MP3 128, 192, 256, or 320, and even any type of WMA). I need to know what is causing that in simple terms so I can hopefully resolve it. I am very picky about my MP3's and love the art work showing up on each single/song. He just randomly stopped saying he doesn't have the money. He claims our agreement states his income shoudl be reassessed each year bc he has his own business yet he did nothing to get it reassessed. Instead, he has taken it upon himself to assess it and calculate his own child support amount, which he has paid me twice now. He skipped two months entirely and other two months he gave me his newly calculated one. We went to court once, have another date in few weeks. My lawyer is attempting to prove him willful and has given him a subpeona for his financial records. He also has a laywer now. I'm just wondering what on earth his lawyer could defend? Is there any way he won't have to pay me back and get his amt reduced? He never filed for a modification, just changed it himself. He also claimed to only make $15000 last year but has a vehicle worth about 35,000 dollars, boat, snowmobile, motorcyle, fourwheeler..etc. He has a house that he rents...i don't see how he can get away with this. Accidentally scratched other vehicle's front while backing. What are the next steps?

I felt very stupid when I accidentally hit the other vehicle from the front side while backing up in the parking lot. My vehicle got most of the scratching but the other vehicle's front corner got some scratches too. I was too busy looking at my own car scratches that I didn't notice the other car got scratches too.
