Matte paint job in Georgia?

Where can I go to make my vehicle to get a matte black paint job. I live in Georgia so is there anywhere in Georgia, Alabama, or north Florida that does matte paint jobs? I have already asked a few auto body shops near me but they all say they don't do it and they act like they've never heard of such a thing
