How much does a front bumper run for a Mercedes C230?

I checked my Mercedes in the garage today and came to realize that my front bumper is missing. My father estimates that it would cost around $700.00. I don't have this kind of money to throw around on missing parts. Would it affect my driving or the aerodynamic of the vehicle?
