What are my options if I have no where to live?

Move in with a friend over the weekend until you can arrange to move back home. It is too late in the semester to file for a student loan, but speak with admissions about doing so for fall semester so you can attend classes and pay rent. Come on, most libraries and coffee shops have free internet hookup so that is no excuse to not continuing your classes.
