Americans, rate my acccent please?

I can still hear your accent seeping through with some words. Don't try to completely loose your accent, it sounded nice, in my opinion. If you're trying to blend in as a native speaker though, listen to American speakers very often. Watch American television, listen to American music, and when you hear words, repeat them to yourself to get the hang of it. I think that you've come very far though. I could tell by certain words that you were Russian without having to listen to the related youtube video, but I believe that is very minor. (I have many Russian friends.) You are clear and understandable, that is what is important. Keep practicing for you are very close!
