Windows Movie Maker!!!!!!!!!!!?

Okay so i took a video on my android phone and i tried to edit it on windows movie maker but it keeps saying that the video file is not supported. Does anyone know if there is a way to change it from a 3GPP MOVIE file to a wma file. if there is can you let me know. THANKS
