I have a 1975 two ton dump truck with no title, how do I get a new one?

Go the DMV and file a "loss title application" They'll put a value on the vehicle and you'll need to get a title bond(which can be purchased at most insurance companies) Once you have the bond, take the original app back to the DMV along with the bond and they'll issue you a new title
