Can anyone help me with cd burning?

guys, i use nero express for cd burning. recently i tried burning my audio and video files onto cd's.. i added the respective files but couldn burn it. it reads as invalid file format for few audio files. so i changed these files to WMA, but in vain.. and the biggest prob is the option of burn on the software not coming at all when i'm done with file selection... pls help...
