Car was in an accident now what?

So a guy ( my mechanic) was test driving my car and a girl hit my vehicle. The bumper is off and the ac is out ( maybe she knocked the compressor out). Now I have no way to work and of course my car needs fixed! Will the girl who hit my car insurance pay for me to have a rental? Also I have her insurance and policy number but no phone number to an auto insurance company called wilshire?? So my question is will I be able to get a rental, and who in the heck is wilshire?
